Who We Are Looking For

Ordino Technologies Ltd is looking for a highly organised, entrepreneurial person to own how the business executes. You'd work with both directors – across delivery and product with Edd, and across the commercial side with Anthony. Day-to-day priorities are set with Anthony.

This is not a traditional admin-focused assistant role. It would suit someone who likes bringing order to complexity, and who has worked in or around creative studios, founder-led businesses, agencies, small consultancies or project-based creative companies.

We're a small team – the two of us, plus a close circle of advisors, studios and collaborators we work with regularly.

Indicative.

What The Role Is

Areas of responsibility may include:

  • Delivery and project coordination — around 45%
    • Owning the operational rhythm across every live workstream
    • Keeping projects moving: priorities, dependencies, timelines
    • Coordinating collaborators, studios and freelancers
    • Tracking actions and making sure decisions become delivery
    • Client follow-through across consultancy and technical projects
  • Operations and systems — around 20%
    • Maintaining the systems behind the business: CRM, job bag, documentation, templates
    • Weekly planning, prioritisation and action tracking
    • Running the meeting cadence: agendas, notes, next steps
    • Structuring workflows and repeatable processes, and improving how the business runs
  • Commercial enablement — around 20%
    • Keeping the pipeline organised and current
    • Moving proposals along: drafts, follow-ups, scheduling
    • Making sure leads and follow-ups don't go cold
    • Supporting proposals, reports and working documents

This is supporting the commercial process rather than leading it. Anthony stays on relationships and winning work. This role makes sure nothing slips in between.

  • Founder support — around 15%
    • Turning founder conversations into execution
    • Capturing decisions and making them legible to everyone who needs them
    • Acting as a continuity layer across projects, clients and collaborators
    • Reducing context-switching, and keeping momentum between meetings

The Ideal Candidate

You'll likely have 3+ years in project management, studio operations or something adjacent, and be:

  • Calm, organised and proactive
  • Strong at synthesis, writing and communication
  • Comfortable around founders and ambiguity
  • Commercially aware, even though this isn't a sales role
  • Good at spotting what needs to happen next, and just doing it
  • Able to hold multiple moving parts without becoming overwhelmed
  • Interested in creative businesses, systems and long-term thinking
  • Genuinely good at bringing order to complexity
  • Confident enough to create structure, without being overbearing

Likely Backgrounds and Experience

Suitable backgrounds are likely to include:

  • Project management in a studio, agency or consultancy
  • Delivery or programme management in a small technical team
  • Studio management or studio operations
  • Creative project management
  • Client services or account management
  • Producer or strategic production
  • Founder or chief-of-staff support
  • Boutique consultancy operations

An understanding of creative businesses, design studios or founder-led companies is important.
